How do I place an order?
Simply choose your meals on our website, add them to your cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation with your order details.
Do you offer pickup options?
Yes. Pickup is available every Sunday and Monday between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM at our Roanoke location.

What kind of meals do you offer?
3112 Catering specializes in scratch-made, nourishing meals inspired by our Geo Fusion culinary style—where global flavors meet thoughtful balance with a creative twist. Everything is prepared fresh using market ingredients and intentional cooking techniques, backed by years of professional culinary experience.
How are the meals packaged?
Meals are packaged in 33 oz containers and include:
- 6 oz protein
- 4 oz carbs (½ cup)
- 4 oz vegetables (½ cup)
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. Most dishes can be reheated in the microwave in just a few minutes. Remove lids before heating and warm until hot throughout.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze meals for longer storage.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
Pickup is available Sunday and Monday between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM. Deliveries are also available during the same time window with a flat delivery fee of $5.99 per order.

We currently deliver within 30 kilometers of our Roanoke kitchen location:
