How do I place an order?
Simply choose your meals on our website, add them to your cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation with your order details.
When will my meals be delivered?
Delivery:
• Order by Friday at 2 PM for Sunday delivery between 2 PM and 6 PM.
• Order by Saturday at 5:30 PM for Tuesday delivery between 5:30 PM and 8 PM.
Pickup:
• Order by Friday at 2 PM for Monday pickup between 2:30 PM and 5 PM.
• Order by Saturday at 5:30 PM for Tuesday pickup between 2:30 PM and 5 PM.
Our menu is updated every Monday with fresh meal selections.
Do meals come fresh or frozen?
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. Ensure you refrigerate them ASAP and enjoy them within 3–5 days, or 7 days at the maximum.
Freezing? You can try it, but Chef Spoon can't guarantee how it's going to turn out.
These meals were made to be enjoyed fresh throughout the week.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for a longer shelf life.
